I’ve always felt like I live somewhere in between. Maybe it started with being born almost in the middle of the year, and ever since, it’s shaped how I move through life. I’m originally from Mexico, a place full of color, creativity, and contrast, where finding practical (and sometimes improvised) solutions is part of everyday life, and where personality shows up in everything we create. For the past 10+ years, I’ve been living in Berlin, a creative city within a culture shaped by structure, clarity, and well-defined processes, where planning and systems help things work better in the long run. Somewhere between these two worlds, I found my way of working: combining intuition with structure, and creativity with clarity. I’m also a middle child, so being a mediator and facilitator comes naturally. I’ve always been drawn to understanding different perspectives: learning the culture from those with more experience while staying connected with the trends of younger generations and their ways of seeing the world. That’s helped me develop a strong sense for finding common ground. I also belong to a generation that grew up between two realities: creating with our hands, drawing and playing outside, and later evolving alongside technology, the internet, and now AI. That mix shaped how I approach challenges, moving between intuition, exploration, and decision-making. I believe in the power of community: connecting through languages like Spanish, English, German, and a bit of (rusty) French, or through sharing ideas, interests, and experiences. Exchange and collaboration are what make growth meaningful, and something I bring into my work by creating spaces where teams can think, share, and move forward together. To me, good design isn’t just about solving problems; it’s about how things feel along the way. Outside of work, I like going back to the analog world: painting, drawing, and cooking. It helps me stay grounded and creatively energized. I’m also a proud Chihuahua dog and plant mom 🌱🐶 And in case you’re wondering what I actually do day-to-day... I work across UX, business strategy, and learning experience design. I design and facilitate experiences where creativity, business, and human understanding come together, helping teams move from chaos, through exploration, to clarity.
